Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at templeandvine@gmail. SUBJECT: RETURN
Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size orders

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We encourage you to check the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

Return Address

All approved returns are sent to fulfillment center (return address provided after approval).
